well new hubs up front (rotors have hub/unsealed bearing) from a 1st gen 87-91 are 5x4.5 bolt pattern. direct swap since your spindles use the same brake calipers as a 1st gen

the rear couple options, either:
A-find a 1st gen dak and steal the entire rear end (junk yard or oem repop)
or B- get new axles made (5x4.5) to accept the spline of your rear(29spl).

the only down side is that the 1st gen is a 27 spline rear (make sure to get the 8.25 and not the 7.25 rearend) 5x4.5 bolt
while your 2nd gen is a 29 spline 8.25 rear (6x114.5 bolt pattern)

if you really want custom that can hold power...dana 60 (which will have to be narrowed to your spec) dana60 are what most mopars(car & truck 2 dif style of dana60) came factory with and that was a 5x4.5. not to mention easy conversion to disc brakes and more selection of ring/pinion packages
