Cruise control wiring

I am working on re-installing cruise control on my 2000 Dakota R/T. The previous owner removed it (evidently to make it go faster).
The controls are still in the wheel; I have located the vacuum line for it, and picked up an actuator from the salvage yard. The only problem I have is I can’t locate the wiring harness to hook to the actuator. Does anyone know where the wiring harness for the cruise control starts at?
