can someone please explain to me how the accordian boot is installed?

no idea, but alta that was funny as all
i heard someone tell me an accordian boot cannot be used on a kota due to the shape of the cab(how it is "rippled"), but i have no idea to the validity of that claim.

accordion boot has a pinch channel running down both sides of it. basically, you just push it onto the metal on each side of the opening. i usually find the midpoint of the piece of material and start at the top center and work my way around both sides putting the seam at the bottom to try and minimize leaks. make an overlap flap on your seam and use silicone to seal it. if both your holes are exactly the same size, you should be able to put the boot in without wrinkles. starting at the top center also helps to minimize wrinkles.
