Tank and Compressor setup

This may sound like a couple of dumb questions but I am working on my first air suspension and want everything done right the first time. I will be running two 3 gal aluminum tanks and 2 compressors.

1. I am planning on mounting the tanks to the outside of the frame raid behind the rear tire on on each side. What direction do the ports have to face or does it matter?

2. What is the best way to run 2 compressors and 2 tanks as far as air lines are concerned? Anyone with a diagram that can help me. I have one four valve valve block that I wil be using.

port facing does not matter..and where you mount the compressors make sure there is airflow and the leader hose is not kinked. also try and keep the filters dry.

and just run an air line tank-to-tank to link the two. nothing special just make it work and dont over tighten the fittings (taper cut thread you'll break the fitting if over tightened)

and use !!!check valves!!!!
