im gonna have some extra cash this winter so ive decided im gonna suicide the doors. ive only seen one or two daks with it done and its sick looking! but im having trouble finding the kits. i also have a few questions about it...
1. can i keep my stock handles (interior and exterior)
2. is it going to be a bitch to do because im not shaving my handles (no door poppers)

not sure about your questions, you would prolly just have to reroute the cable to the new latches. but everyone says that you have to reinforce the door with some 2" or 3" metal strap on the side the hinges go, because the doors are so heavy. just fyi

Suicide doors are getting kinda out of style now, so many companys have stopped making the kits.
Even the real Lambos don't have them anymore..

i had talked to costlydakota how he did it and where he bought his kit but he used an old car door hinges and then made everything else him self. i think it's going to be a little weird having door handles and the door is opening the other way. im not sure how good that would work.

suicide doors kit is good and yes you can keep your handles just have to come up with a way to reconnect them to your latch

i would just shave the handles, it will actually be less work to shave them and install poppers than it will be to try to get the door handles to work when the latch is suddenly the other way. You will end up trying to get the door locks to work that way too dont forget. So just plan for shaving the handles. You can do it cheap too. Dont go buy one of those kits for doing it if you already have an alarm. Just get yourself two relays and two solenoids. Wire up one relay and solenoid for the drivers side to an aux channel on your alarm. And if you only have one aux channel left then just put a button inside the truck that pops your drivers side door so you dont have to reach over and let your passenger in.

well it doesnt matter if your truck itself doesnt have power anything, its still going to make modifying the door handle to work a real pain in the ass. Plus you are probably going to want an alarm anyway right?
