the grille cost me nothing, it came stock on my truck.
and heres an idea, just cause you asked joe

ONE big issue
out of all the bolts that are designed to hold the grille on, i had maybe three that were actually doing their task, so this one may not go back on easily....

what are you doing? just making the bar like 2" or something? im lost.

i say you get some one with a cnc plasma and cut your self some bat shaped grill insert to go with your theme
