1998 Dakota Ext. Cab 2wd

Hey all, I am looking at buying the sniper body kit for my Dakota. I also need to get a hold of fender flares. The main issues with my body work on my truck is rust on the under body of the cab, and front fender rust. I have two dents, from my dumb ass neighbor not knowing how to drive and not taking responsibility for them, on the lower part of the drivers door. I need a new bed, years of abuse to it have left larger dents and i think it would be cheaper to buy a used bed in good shape. I would like to get a shaved door kit as well. I want some euro headlights and tail lights as well, I've seen the kits on eBay but I've been told that they fog. Is there a way to keep them from fogging? The window weather stripping that sits on the outside window sill of the drive's and passenger's door's has been rusted from the inside out, or at least the metal strip inside the rubber, so I need to buy new ones. If anyone has hints or tips, pointers or anything that can help me out I'm all open ears.
