.. .. SATURDAY: Gate Opens at 9AM meet closes at 3PM.
Free Metal Dash Plaques to the first 80 entries.
.. . Boat Cruise of the 1000 Islands on the triple decker cruise ship 'THOUSAND ISLANDER' starts at 3pm finishes at 6pm. Cost is $12.00..Food and Drink on board.
*No need to move your truck from the meet site. People from the Lion's Club will be there to keep an eye on it for you while you are on the cruise.

*You can zoom in and out by using your using your mouse. The meet site is down at the waterfront at the bottom of 'Stone Street' and turn RIGHT on Water Street and go to towards Joel Stone Park (aka 'The Berm') located at the end of Water Street.
* The park is shown at the bottom left of the town map, and looks like the butt of a handgun jutting out into the river. (peninsula)
* Gananoque is located 20 minutes EAST of Kingston, Ontario off highway 401!

Parking right in front of your room so that you can keep an eye on your truck!

Our discounted rate this year is $88.00 (down from $110.00 last year.

*You can 'buddy-up' with friends and share the cost of the rooms. If you do this, don't forget to ask for a room with TWO queen size beds otherwise you are gonna wind up with one King size. You can also get a room with two queen size beds AND a king size bed if you are bringing the kids with you.
A lot of us will be there on Friday night before the meets start on Saturday!
A block of TWENTY FIVE rooms are already reserved for the meet!

*Due to the fact that we are holding a TWO DAY EVENT this year and alot of guys attending Sunday's show will be arriving Saturday night, please make your reservations at least a WEEK before the show date!

We are expecting plenty of cars and trucks from NY..Mass..Maine..Vermont..New Hamshire and Connecticut too!

Anywhere from about a 2 to 5 hour drive from the different states.

UPDATE:
I have already received over THIRTY PM's from the different Dodge Truck sites expressing an interest in coming to our 2 day meet & show.
The Lion's Club has informed me that they already have over 200vehicle entries for their Sunday show and so far we have about 50+ trucks showing-up for Saturdays Dodge Truck Meet..
Most of the guys are bringing their wives or g/f's and are gonna make a weekend out of it. Some are even going to be arriving Friday afternoon.

Some questions I have been asked..and the answers:

The entry fee at the gate is $10 bucks "per vehicle"..NOT $10 "per person"!..So if you have 5 people in the cab and another 12 hidden in the bed, it is STILL only $10.00
No "PRE-REGISTRATION" is required for both events!

THE BBQ, at the meet site on both days is sponsored by the local Lions Club guys and they will probably be serving dogs and burgers, but if you fancy something else, bring the food and they will cook it up for you.

The 3 hour boat cruise of the 1000 Island area on Saturday at 3pm to 6pm at a cost of $12 dollars "per person" is OPTIONAL! You do not have to come if you don't want to. You can just continue to hang out at the meet site with anybody else who gets seasick.

Man I REALLY wish I could come to this. I work Saturdays though, so i don't think that would work out. Maybe I can make something happen by then.

Do we need to pre-register or anything? You said you have room for 350 vehicles.. what if I drive all the way there and it's full? That would suck. lol

No need to pre-register. Just pay your 10 bucks at the gate and they will give your your raffle ticket stub and free dash plaque.

There are 3 huge parking areas, one beside the other. On Saturday we are using the grassy area near the water for the trucks..and that holds over 100 vehicles.
I am not expecting 100 Dodge Trucks on Saturday, but if it happens I will open another parking lot that holds another 100 vehicles.

On Sunday for the big show, we are using all three lots.

Tell your boss that you expect to have a cold on June 7th!

if i arrive the saturday with the trailer behind my truck is it ok that the trailer has my show car on it even tho its only trucks??????? i just dont want to make a 4 hour hual back to grab the car for the next day. besides it will be the revealing of the car in 3 years aslongs i have her done in time which is my goal.

I'm not sure what you want to do with the car on Saturday, but you can take it off the trailer in an adjacent parking lot and bring your truck AND the car into Saturday's meet. Just leave the trailer in the other parking lot. You will be able to keep an eye on it from the meet site. If we have enough room, you can drive the trailer in too.

You can park the whole rig at the Ramada on Saturday night right outside your room.

We already have some MOCARS coming to our Saturday meet that are gonna be entering Sunday's show, so there should be no problem as long as they are all Chrysler products.
