are you using the same gas station as before?
check the ethanol content percentage.
is the air temperature higher now?
have you checked tire pressure?

i have no idea if some of these will even affect, but they're a start.

could be a number of things but my initial thought, heaver foot. if may feel like a little less power due to just bad gas or higher summer air temps/humidity so you are compensating with more throttle. I would try running 93 octane and stay off the gas and see what happens. It's also possible some of your mods have changed things in a negative way. Double/trippling the amount of air being pushed into your engine may not be a good thing if you aren't running a cam and could effect your low end TQ causing it yo feel sluggish and making you push the gas more.

I was thinking that it might have also been the altitude up in the canyons that might of effected it... but idk tho...

Set the cruise control at a highway speed and drive for a while to see if the mpg changes. Also check the fuel lines, maybe you have a small leak that you don't know about. Lastly, check all of your sensors as well, something may be causing it to not like the mods you've done. Lots of reason's for poor gas milage.

Just a thought. A bad O2 sensor can cause engine to lose power and consume more fuel. So can a clogging cat.
