The bagged and lowered Dakotas rule here no doubt but there are a few 4x4 people on here like you and me. Here's cardomain page of my 4x4 Quad cab Dakota. Easier for you to browse through that than list all the mods done. lol

i like the rollpan and the grille alot...i was kinda going for the same sorta look...i want to get a westin bull bar w/ kc lights on the front, and smoked tails, clear corners, and get my fog lights workin...i think i might get a suspension lift and take out the body bushings. either im gunna do all this to my dak, or keep it how it is, and buy a cherokee and make it a mud truck...it all depends on the job i (hopefully) get in college...I gotta buddy that wants to build a mudder w/ me...but you know how that goes, sharing w/ friends.

A bull bar with some lights is on my wish list too. Any pics of your Dakota kicking around?

alta boy is a good source for quick and ez style lift. you can get a suspension lift 5.5" but they run 1200ish just for the kit. Mines got 2" blocks and a 2" torsion bar crank but still not enough room for 33's and state law wont let me run a BL so I'm lifted as far as i'm guna go for now.

A piece of advise on the bull bar. i had a grill guard on mine for about a month looks cool as hell but since i get into some pretty serious holes and rockcrawling situations with my lil dak i found that the grill guard was only in the way. It robs some very important front bumper clearance and it was getting me close to stuck dragging everywhere. if you are really gona press the limits of your clearances stay away from front end bars or step bars. (had those to folded them into my rocker panels) I'm trying to find someone who can custom fab a steel front bumper with a grill guard setup above it to keep my clearance. sorry for rambling on just dont want you to waste your money like i did if you are really going to use your truck hard.

I'm not to hardcore into offroading, I just like to do it once and a while...I don't really have any good pictures of my dak, but next time i head out to hungry land ill go during the day so i can get some good pictures. I really want one of those grille guards w/ trail lights, it gets dark as hell out in the sticks.
