could the leaking of the antifreeze ruined anything else besides the starter

any help guys im debating on putting anymore of my time in this truck. besides this antifreeze leak it also needs a belly pan gasket cause it blows black smoke and when i looked down the throtle body i seen oil, im also not sure the condition of the rest of engine and trans. when i got this truck it ran decent according to a friend i nvr drove it just started tearing it down but it has sat for a few years now. just seems like i keep running into problems

how hard is it to change out the freeze plugs? will i have to pull the engine?

well i finally had time to get back out to the garage and from what i can tell the freeze plug thats right above the starter seem to be leaking. how hard is it to get in there to replace this plug ?
