got to love the smoked meats. for a big BBQ we put on last year, I had 30 pounds pork loin and 20 to 24 pounds of ribs in my smoker. Also smaoked some krount and peppers/onions for the hot dogs that were cooked on the grill. spent 9 1/2 hours that day in front of my smoker and 2 grills, but man it was good $#!t
