Whats your experience/what is the worst you've gotten?

I don't have anything close to a clean record, with 2 speedings and 2 reckless's that were both reduced to almost nothing....... As of today, I've added Reckless driving to the bunch.

Went to court today, and I'm damn glad that I got a damn good lawyer. All in all, I didn't get the charge reduced, but I still have a licsense and I'm not in jail. The judge basically gave me a neuse to hang myself with b/c I only have a jail suspension. Meaning, if I even get a parking ticket, I'm going to jail. (one year suspension) I had to use everything I had, my lawyer, informing the judge that I have docs to see since I was just diagnosed with M.S; college, valid calibration saying my speedo was off and I even had the cop on my side which was a first. Even with every high card on the plate in my hand, I still face jail time. I'm very lucky, but now I can also expect to be driving less. He didn't suspend my licsence b/c he wants me to screw up. lol I've decided to say the hell with my performance mods for a couple years to let my first couple tickets drop form my record and to cool it for a bit. I'm still doing my exhaust soon, but that will be it and I may put tru duals on my v6 so that I can't move as quick. lol What a crazy day....

how many point system do u have? we have a 12 point system for 2 years, and it's 2 points per ticket

I think VA's is 12 too, but the points vary for differant things.

2 speeding tickets at 3 reckless driving? Most people smarten up after the first ticket..... not so bright are ya? lol j/k I do hope you finally learned tho

on a similar note, if you were up here and got caught doing 30mph over the posted limit, you would lose your license and your car on the spot for 1 week....plus face up to a $10,000 fine....... how's that for severe?

Oh and there is no appealing it either

worst ive had is noise pollution which was a $1180 fine -system too loud- in which my system wasnt even turned up but just enough for me and the wife to hear, the cop said he heard me a 1/4-1/2 a mile away, i couldnt turn it up because he makes her chest hurt, but i had it reduced to a $50 fine -court fee-. always good to have ties with a judge

same 12 points here but its 5 yrs a ticket for w/e the ticket was pointed, least i have dropped to is 6

no tickets for me. 6 warnings tho, 1 for having a headlight out and the rest for loud music. whats sad is one of those warnings i didn't even have my radio in my truck when i was pulled over and i still got a warning.

haha, I learned after the first two. the 3rd and 4th were bs tickets and the recent one was just pure stupidity.

the 2nd reckless I got(which was my 3rd ticket) was from running from a guy with a gun... I even had several witnesses, but the cop "had his doubts" so I got off on improper driving. The 4th was a speeding, I got on the way home from MD, and I was actually doing 5 over..... but he wrote me for 15 over b/c he thought I had an attitude when I tried to explain to him that I was wearing my seat belt, even though it was in plain sight that I was. what a dick......

Like i said, the last one and my first two tickets were pure stupidity.

for this last one, If I had ben thinking correctly, I would have never tried to catch up to the flow of traffic.......and I wouldn't be in my current situation... lol

biggest single violation... 4 point 30 over, doin 90 in a 60.
biggest overall.... 6 month suspension after 12 points, 2 months before two. 2 point tickets would've expired

Even thow i carry a dictionary of tickets/warnings/repair orders in my glovebox the worst iv gotten so far was fines and havin to go to delaware twice,o and i got searched once.0 points on my license thank god.
