Anyone have any tips about living in college dormrooms?
Well I move to away for college on Aug 15th to move in my dorm room! I am kinda scared. I have always lived at home with mom and dad forever. Now I am gonna be on my own.
If any of you guys have any tips on living in a dorm room or even tips on college let me know.
Also what makes it works I have to live on the 6th floor in a 10 story building lol.

Where you goin to college? I'm in exactly the same position, but I don't transfer from community college for a while. so i'm still at home....lol

I am going to Eastern New Mexico University. I just finished high school so this is a big step for me.

if you dont have your own private bathroom and you shower in a shared bathroom with other people on your floor, wear flip-flops in the shower. Sometimes those floors get pretty nasty and you could pick up a fungus or something.

thats a good tip too. I still have problems with that. I lost most of a $40 bottle of whiskey just the other night because someone found where I was hiding it.

think of being on the 6th floor as a blessing...if things dont work out open up the window and jump out..problem solved...but seriously i have no idea, i dont belive in college
