Level 10 Transmission

Recently just purchased this transmission from 1badeighteen here: Level Ten 46re Transmission for sale - Dakota Durango Message Board

Im sure some of you checked it out when it came up. Its supposedly a 46RE with the "bulletproof" build on it which im not doubting. The only issue i had with it is it does NOT fit on my 2001 Dakota R/T 5.9....

The transmission came out of a 5.2 instead of a 5.9 which makes the bell housings different size and places the starter on opposite sides. Im assuming its just the difference in a 5.2 and a 5.9, I have pictures to show the difference.

This first one is the Level 10 which came out of the 5.2, notice the starter goes on the bottom left.

This is my stock 46re out of a 2001 Dakota R/T 5.9, the bell housing is larger and the starters on the right.

This setup will work on a 5.2 engine for anyone interested. It comes with the 4x4 tail. My 2-wheel drive tail went on it for anyone who was a 5.2 2-wheel drive. I dont know if it could possibly work on a 5.9 from an older year. Heres a couple pictures of it:

I wish this would work on my truck but unfortunately just wont bolt up to my motor. I feel it was falsely advertised. Anywho, i cant get an exchange back for it when i didnt even have it for 24 hours and realized the problem, so Im just trying to get back what i paid for it ($1000+$30 for the paypal fee=$1030+shipping if needed, i picked it up.) I can meet you if you prefer within reason. Id really like to sell it asap because my tranny is pulled and needs repair, plus i feel bad that my truck is stuck in my mechanics shop. Thanks all, if you have any questions, pm me for my cell number. Id be glad to talk to you about it. Thanks guys
