Well see my buddy explorer is running like 10.16 at like 68MPH in the 1/8. That is acually faster than I can pull off with my rims in. LOL. Kinda got my scared to run him.

mid-high 15's then possibly. You should beat him on the top end with that 318 I think. Give it a shot anyways.

yea i thot mine would run 120+ in the 1/4 but since i got my gear (3.90) now it shuts off at 105.... dang i wish i could override that crap...

You can beat him, i have bet several 4.0 fords with my 3.9 on the streets. You will probally be behind at first but will pass him easaly in a few seconds.

a explorer with a 6 banger will never beat a 318 kota. unless it has NOS or some other major power modification. they are PIGS
