Talking Floor It!

I have a 97 and I'm redoing the interior. I have it all gutted out. All thats in there is a seat and the steering wheel. What have you guys done/ thought about as far as the floor goes? I'm not really too keen on carpet because it's a vehicle not a living room. I was thinking maybe some diamond plate or something. Ideas?

i had blue indoor/outdoor in one truck , but i dont suggest anyone ever do that, rhino lining or a tintable box liner would be cool then you leave yourself open to the idea of simple diamond plate stuff like a console and kick panels

and again,, *drools* bubblewrap

well here are my thoughts...not as if they matter, but what the hell.

diamond plate-if you like it great, i personally dont. it scratches easy. if it isn't just shining all the time then it looks like shit. it's expensive. going to be hard to install.

bedliner-you will not ever get it clean. period. PERIOD. every jeep we have owned that had bedliner as the floor we had to pressure wash to make it look kinda decent, but it still will not come clean.

carpet is the only way to go imo.
