custom center console

im getting tired of people lways trying to scrounge a ride off me...so im thinking of a custom console..plus too i have 2 10's and std cab and me being 6'1 220lbs, i need the room....has anyone designed/installed a custom console they built?...its summer so i need a project

I designed one, but due to time constraints/complexity I'm having mine built. It's part of my whole audio system project.

Currently you can see in this pic I have no console and a floor shifter already installed....



So I designed the console to integrate with the existing shifter....





The (HU) head unit will go in the stock radio location, the flip out monitor will go in the upper DIN mount in the console, and the processor controller will go in the lower DIN mount.

Yeah I have....Wasnt too bad....Made it out of wood/fiberglass, etc....i dont have any pics of it in progress...i should have...but it houses (amp, capacitor, switchbox, dvd player, gauges)....i just followed the flow of the seats with mine....It pretty much looked like santas sled.

i made a box with one 10l5 solobaric and it pounds but its nothing fancy looking ill get pics up tomorrow

Im currently making one.Houses my 7in tv ,air gauges, Switches for compressors train horn and gauge lights,cup holders and mad ass storage space.Also back part will double as a seat.Pics are in my projest thread
