!!!!PROJECT BLACK needs HELP!!!!!!

Aight I want black rims now and everyone knows, but I dont have the money right now to buy them , So I was thinkin bout taking my stock rims and painting them black myself....

If I am goin to do this I need some help with what paint to use for it to stay on there and if i happen to mess up how can i take the paint off the rim...

O yea and then major question here i wanna get the big ass tires off my rims and get some lo pros like the ones on my chrome rims, wat would be the size of the tire that would look right.... I have 16 inch rims (which sucks!)

Thanks for your time guys

just clean em with wax and grease remover and scuff em with a red scotch brite pad...ive use krylon rust tough and had really good results and seen wheels that friends used the duplicolor wheel paint...the duplicolor looks best when clear coated...the krylon is more like a single stage
