Removing Headliner from Quadcab

Damn, it's about time, it finally looks like this Saturday I will be redoing my headliner and pillar pieces. (Had the material for a month)
So here's my question, I know the Quadcab headliner is a pain in the ass to get out of the truck due to it's size...BUT...for any of you quadcab owners that have removed yours, whats the best way to get it out of the truck? is it easiest to try to remove it through one of the back doors or one of the front, should I lay the front seats as far back as they'll go?
