Mail Man Bringeth and I Installeth!

no pics yet guys, but got my wheelskins for my 17 inch RT wheels tuesday and of course installed them while waiting for Alta to show up to go to a Show and shine at a local casino , they look sweet never thought i would like a piece a plastic wrapped around such a nice wheel but damn i like shiney things. will buy a nice digi cam come next pay day so no more waiting to show off

to bad they scratch the SHIT out of the wheels when u install/remove them. i know the ones i had left deep gashes in between the double spokes, where the wheelskins hooked behind the wheel. hopefully they changed the design since i bought mine (like 2yrs ago)

they haven't changed the design that I know of, but if you're covering the old ones it doesn't really matter about the wheels underneath? Regular hubcabs scratch rims too. I'd be more concerned about the assloads of Brakedust that will accumulate behind them. I had the 16" skins, and I pulled them off every few thousand miles just to clean the dust off the wheels.

brake dust is for those who drive to damn fast in the city, i drive the speed limit or less and i have 5 gears to slow me i seldomly hafta stop in a hurry, hell i seldomly hafta to stop pace your self and the light will e greeen when you get there ( i drive truck to guys and know the hardest thing to do on a drive train is start from a dead stop) oh and by the way, they scratched teh shit outa my wheels but its worth it

I live in a very hilly area(yes there are hills in Florida) I have to ride the brakes in the 20mph zones, cops are assholes here. plus 4 wheel discs, make lots of dusts
