Because the file size is too big. Your present one is 9.34 KB and 19.1 is quite a step up.

Note: The maximum size of your custom image is 550 by 200 pixels or 19.5 KB (whichever is smaller). From what i understand i can't put 1 in that is 19.1 it has to be the size of my current 1 or smaller?
