Here is an idea about the problem I keep noticing and i know other users have noticed, is very old posts being brought up like they are newer posts, maybe u can filter these unused bulletins that have been inactive for lets say 2 months or 3 or whatever just an example, and put these into a archive where people can just view them and review them. Just an idea
