stock! r/t vs. sport

is the suspention in the r/t deferent than the sport?

because i have seen r/t's get a 1/2 drop and sports get 2/4 and they look almost the same. been doing alot of reserch.

r/ts are a 1" lower stock then the sports.

1" shorter coils in the front, and different leaf pack in the back.

that and the rear axle on a RT is 3.5" .5"bigger then a sport

yeah the r/t uses the 9.25 axle which has 3 and 5/8" tubes and most other 2wds use the 8.25 axle with 3" tubes. So the kits are different because of that.

becarefull there are sports out there with the 9.25 you could upgrade to the bigger rear end as a tow package option i believe. asn also quad cabs use the 9.25

The sway bars are bigger on the R/T's but i think the mounting locaitons and linkage is all the same. Not sure but the reg cab and 4x4's might have the axle on the bottom of the leaf springs vrs on top like the R/T's.
