Add a spring or harder shocks.

I want to stiffen my read end up just a little and was thinking about adding a leaf to the leaf springs or is it easier/better to just put in stiffer shocks?

Maybe i just need new shocks all around but it doesn't seem to be stiff or hard. I bottom out some times driving down the road, was trying to avoid it and if i haul stuff in the bed it squats pretty easily. could be time for new shocks though, i'm still running the original.
