Need more LIFT!!!
i need more lift with my rear suspension..currently i am running 2500lb firestone bags...i thought about cutting my upper brackets out and moving them down, but im trying to avoid that much work....Would it be ok to say get some slams (re7s)...and put like a plate (spacer) in between the bag and upper bracket to allow more lift??
Also, when my truck is all the way down...my bags are uneven (upper part goes toward the cab, lower part towards the back a little....Could this be fixed by adjusting my link bars?? or is this a mounting problem..I notice the axle tilts upwards some when all the way down..
Sorry for the length...Thanks.

I would switch the Firestones for some slam specalties. Here's a comparison chart between the slams and some other bags. You'll get more lift from the slams.
http://slamspecialties.com/s_compare_fv.html
Compare the "maximum stroke", "maximum useable height" and the "Slam Bag Replacement Model".

go with slams, and would you be able to get a picture of the bag so we can see what is going on. it sounds like your going to have to move a mount but if we can see it then their might be a trick we can come up with.

Yeah a spacer would work, but so would changing the setup since you should already do that to fix the tilted bags. got anypics of your setup or of how bad the bags tilt? that would help alot when asking for help

your pinion angle changes that much you should try to keep a 5 degree change max in pinion angle.
what kinda set up are you running?? tri 4 link, 3 link what?
if the bags are uneven when slammed you need to fix that. asap
what you could do is weld a new bag mount off set on top of the old one to make up the diffrence so the bag sits even. then jsut drill out that mounting holes and use 1/4" longer bolts.
use either slams or easy street bags there what i mainly use at the shop and have had no trouble with either.
