anyone with hydro experience
i was contemplating it...until i looked a the pass. side.
anyone have any ideas as to how i could run cylinders on that side.
for those who haven't lookd in a while the exhaust is like 4 inches directly above the upper shock mount.

well you wouldn't put the cylinders in the shock mounts, you would still need your shocks, you would put cylinders on top of the axle, or make brackets to put them behind the axle, I've had juice on two vehicles,91 Civic , and 63 Impala, installed them on about 20 vehicles, and Bags are by far easier, and easier to maintain, there is alot of work with all the batteries, pumps, lines, not to mention, I have yet to see an install that didn't leak fluid at some point.

I ran six inch cylinders on the front of mine and had to make a small indention in my header to clear the fitting. If you have factory manifolds you should clear a six inch fine. maybe an 8 inch but can't say for sure. Oh and that was with my 5.2. I could untuck 20s by a couple inches and I'm bodydropped. Any other questions just ask man.

sweet, got a ton more questions now.
what spring did you use, and how many coils?
what PSI?
how many batteries?
how far was the cylinder sunk into the spring pocket?
how fast was it?
and i need to make a drawing, but:
i was thinkn of a way to use one pump for the front independent movements with 4 dumps.( 2 will have blockoff plugs) think its possible?

its possible, but ive heard horror stories of single pump setups.
i would do a 2 pump 4 dump 36v set up,with accumulators. ive used mini coils from reds. the bigger coils give a bumpy ride. also invest in a street charger.
ive seen alot of hydro systems that dont leak. the trick is to put all your fittings in the freezer, then wrap them with teflon, once they heat back up to normal temp they will expand, causing a tite seal.
its not alot of maintance but it can be a pain in the ass.
most people are scared, but itll be ok

i had a 95 v6 rc that had 12 inch cylinders in the front (although I think we figured out that the way they were installed, they could only move 9-10" before the control arms reached their end of travel. I didnt install them though. I bought the truck to finish it and it got totaled after an accident. I cant find all the pictures of it either. I only have one shot of the whole truck and its just from the front. I miss that thing.
