lowering spring issue?

i have 2 inch lowering springs, belive they are belltechs...i got an old one out and its 14 inches..belltech is 13 ..do they sag more? i freekin hope so because i am not looking forward to a 1/3

agreed, and remember the drop springs are a different rate, so they may compress more after installed, or you got 1" springs by accident

it might be but lowering springs are usually stiffer. you can also cut the springs. i just did a 2003 mountaineer 4 inch drop by cutting the springs and drives like stock

there are less coils and a smaller dia spring. lowering spring dont look much shorter but they have a weaker spring rat allowing it to compress more.
( i thought the same thing when i droped mine back in the day but it all worked out)
