newbie needs airbag help!

Hey y'all, I spend a lot of time on the 67-72 Chevy forum, but this is my first time here.
Been browsing around a lot but can't find anything to tell me...

Where the hell (and how!) do I mount my RE-8 Slam bags in the rear of my 2004 Dakota?? I bought the kit for my 67 GMC, and in that truck they just mount between the trailing arms and the frame, in place of the coil springs. This leaf thing looks like a whole new issue to me. Do I need to weld in brackets? Drill holes in the leaf? Help, please - I'm almost done installing everything else, tank, compressor, etc, and can't go much further.

I don't want to modify the stock suspension at all, I just want better hauling capacity - my ATV sinks the rear and makes it wallow like a boat.

I already have the kit, but it didn't come with any brackets as I bought it for a truck with trailing arms and coil springs. This one - the Dakota - has leaf springs. I'm just trying to find out how to attach the bags between the springs and the frame. They have to bolt to something, I'm just not sure what!

im not sayin buy another kit..im just letting you visually see how they do it with leafs! just make a bracket and bolt it up directly over the axle on each frame rail..
