Question Coilovers

Has any one done coilovers on the front ? I would like to do coilovers on the front of my R/T. I am not into bags and the lowering springs that the previous owner put on the front make the truck hop on high speed turns and bumps. My Daughters 4x4 feels better above 90 mph in a straight a way than my R/T. I am hoping I can keep it low and get the handling better.

you could also see if you can find a stiffer sway bar for the front.

pretty much anyway you look at it. there is no kit for a dakota. so you will have to modify you lower control arms. and possibly your upper spring pocket.

but for the most part you are looking for somthin around these lines

^that is a kit for a G body chevy. but you can make anything work with some fab.

that exact kit is 450 from summit...you will have to cut a lil room in you lower so you can get the valve adjustment knob thru the lower arm.
