lowering my truck Q

well yeah i had to get a 4x4 for some odd reason, dunno why, but anyways my other truck is a 4x4 too and i was told i could still lower it if i loosened up the torsion bars and push down on the front bumper. and the rears by getting lowering blocks on the rear. now can i do this to my dak? i was told by someone else that i cant because its a mono leaf or something.

OR

can i remove the whole 4x4 system and sell it on ebay and bag my truck? it kinda sounds like alot of work though.

-Thanks
Sam

i believe youll have to do a spring over axle deal in the back and dont even ask me what a torsion bar is...i personally would get a set of 35s and lift that snuff pig in the air

lol thats what i get now. yeah you can lower 4wheel drives, theres kits out there for the bigger 4wds so there is def a way to do it on yours. prolly take a litle more time and money than dropping a 2wd but it can be done. call up belltech, djm, mcgaughys etc all the big names and talk to them directly and get their advice on it and see what they can offer you.
