I like the plain universal kit from gravitywerx (same one sdoor sells). cant get any more simple, the only problem is it will take a week or two for you to get it. If your looking for something fast, racing 4links tend to ship faster. they are more involved since they are so adjustable. try autofab, chassisworks, chassisengineering.
for the front do you need to know if you need arms or what arms you need?

well i had found chassi tech arms for like 600 for a set brand new and i know i want arms b/c my alignment sucks as it is but thanks for that site i im going to go with this link setup. jsut b/c bag mounts are there and makes it simple i think and then just set it up triangulated. i have done a race setup on a 69 chevell SS true parelle

I got my kit from gravitywerx and love it. as long as you can weld and pick up an angle finder you'll be golden.

DAMN. I wish all of this welding talent was closer! I want to fab stuff for mine, but don't want someone that is in it for the money doing it. Would rather another truck enthusiast have at it.

Just call the guys over at chassis engineering and be done with it!!
Yea, you might pay a bit more, but seriously who cares! You're going to get a setup thats top notch and won't bend or break like some other shit on the market!
I'll be honest, I didnt read your post, are you looking for a 4-link and coil over setup, or a rear bag setup? Eitherway, call them!
