I made and installed my notches this morning had no plans on doing this project toll I got a d/d and was moved into new house but I was board. I will post a few pictures up today when I sit down on my computer not the iphone . the notch went well the welds to frame are decent but not ideal in any way will make them all good in a week or two when I have the house and can use a wire welder my shop only has a stick welder that can get to car or truck well imngoing to slleep only slept a fee hours

there is gobs of welds from a small 110 welder looks like some one had a huge ranch hand bumper on it, but the cuts in the bed were just done b/c i was in a rush to finish, only took like 5 hours to cut notches and weld in and put bed back on, try and untwist the frame a little bit the passenger side right where the springs are bolted up starts to bend like 1/4 than a half then at very end of frame like over an inch lol weak frames

ohh found out if i get a ticket against the clean air act of texas for not having a catalytic converter its 15 grand
