What year, An easy upgrad is relative, but for starters you could swap in a 180 tstat, and a set of auto lite 3923's. These pluggs are a step colder, and help the magnum engines to perform a little better. The T-stat from the factory is 195, and the magnums never reach that temp. The 180 is better suited for the operating range of the magnums. Other than that some under drive pulleys, and switch to an electric fan. After those sugguestions, you are going to start spending some big money. All depends on what you consider upgrades as well.

No disrespect to you madmopar, but a TB spacer is worthless on a fuel injected vehicle, especialy the mopars 5.2/5.9. They serve absolutely no function at all. With carbed engines they work because it provides a longer runner, for the fuel to automize with the incoming air. With fuel injected vehicles the TB, doesn't mix the fuel and air, it only provides air to the engine, the fuel is directly injection on top of the vavles and then otmation takes place. Like I said bro, not trying to be a dick, just give good info. I learned the hardway bro.

i've heard some people say that, but when i put mine on, we could tell some difference. not a lot, but some. and it did help fuel economy a little. i don't know if there is a difference among brands, mine is a street & performance helix power tower 1" with the swirl cut in it. however none of this replaces the most basic tip--keep it properly tuned up.

318 and 360 heads are the same on the Magnum engines. Buying stock 360 heads hoping for an improvement is a waste of good money.
Other than that, I agree with Blwn.
