Question sub box

so I've been looking into putting a system in my truck but I'm having trouble with where I want to put it. I have an 07 crew cab (4 door) and I have looked around on the internet but I still am having trouble with what and where I should put it. I thought about putting a single under my passenger seat since I cant put it under my drivers seats due to the electronic seat motor. Any ideas or suggestions?

A blow through box would be pretty cool. I've also seen guyss build a custom box that goes on the middle seat in the back and floor. Kind of like a second console

i was having trouble finding a good sub set up for my 01 quad and i found that mtx makes a custom encloser for my truck so i did that but the sub sucked so i swapped it out for a kicker cvt 10 shallow...and now im actually trying to sell my shallow cvt because i just bought a cvt 12" and im going to make a custom box this summer...it should work out pretty good

here are some picks of what i have now.......the sub goes behind the back driver side seat and the amp and cap are under the seat on the floor

ill defiantly post picks of my new sub set up when i do it

(sorry for the small picks i took them on my phone)

you can lift your back seat and put it under there or get a slanted box that goes behing the back seat or you can even lift your front passenger seat and put it underneath that. idk what would sound the best you'll have to look that up

I was having the same issue, '06 club cab. I have seen more out there for the quad cab, I was lookin to save some money in my situation, don't know if thats what youre lookin to do but here are a couple leads.

Dodge|Ram|Quad Cab|Specialty Truck|Custom|Sub Box|Speaker Enclosure|Sub Woofer - Speaker Boxes USA
OR, building your own is always an alternative.

How to Build a Subwoofer Box

OR, if youre not on a budget, you could get some sick fiberglass ones made. Thunderform has nice stuff, more middle of the road price wise, google that if you havnt yet. Good luck.

I have a 01 crew, I built two shallow 12 boxes for behind the rear seat. have unbolt the seats and install boxs and the amp between them, but putting a rear center cons. with bucket seats thats the cab for a kicker solo x or hifonics olympus 2400rms

I have a center console that has 2-Kicker 10" CVT's...use to have the box in the middle of the back seat like a rear console but I gave it away to a guy I always seen passin by

I did the same thing. I had a pretty good idea that the sub and amp that came with the "loaded" MTX Thunderform Stealthbox would suck, so I got the same Kicker sub you did. I like it, but I need the grill cover, if you are selling yours I'd be interested.
