technical Rear end narrowing questions.

Bagged my 4door within the last 2 months.. sorry havent started a project thred just havent had time. Custom back half from cab back on 22s not body dropped yet. ill post pics later.... anyways its time to narrow my rear.. im really heavy in the fabrication field so its really no chalange to me. ive done 9 inch fords and some gms but no mopars yet. one question i have is what is the rear considered. Like what i mean is what do i tell mosier what rear end it is. Im tying to find housing ends and i really dont know how to find out what rear it is. Its the smaller rear out of a 2003 v6 with disk brakes. Not the bigger rear like in the RTs. My goal is to swap the one axel over and just get one made for the other side. any tips or sugestions let me know thanks guys.

if its a V6 im pretty sure u have the 8.25. u can tell but looking at the end of the axle tubes...if it tapers to the backing plate u have the 9.25, and if its straight u have the 8.25

but i only sent out 1 axle to Moser and fliped my other axle to the other side. i cant remember the exact measurements but its around 3"

all rears are measured by the size of the ring gear.

your rear is a dodge 8.25 rearend. which should still be 29 splined shafts (you'll have to double check) hope that helped a lil
