Hey everyone, I figured I'd introduce myself and my Dakota and hopefully I can get some advice soon. I'm Seth from Wisconsin and my truck is my Grandpa's '87 reg cab short box was a 4cly 5spd 2wd that he bought sometime in the early 90s. He used it as a truck, hauling wood and such. After that my dad bought it from him and it was the first and last pickup truck he owned. At 13 my dad gave it to me and I tinkered with it until I got my license then it went on the back burner. Now at 28 I'm finally going to get it back on the road with an '75 LA 360 and 904 out of a charger. Not lots of power but it's a good start. While cleaning up the frame I did find a spot that makes me a little nervous. Where the charcoal can used to be under the passenger door there's a couple spots in the frame that is well gone. So my question is would you guys reinforce it and run it for now or would you find a frame?
