Actually there is an after market for the LA V6 it's just very hard to find the parts..... Welcome to the site by the way. I've got the LA 4 barrel M-1 manifold that is hard to find. Took me 7 yrs to track one down, but I finally got one, now I don't have a V6 anymore, so that sucks. But I'm still going to port polish, and convert it to MPFI, so I can sell it off and recoop my money. Anyways, listen to the guys here, get a v8 block, any of them is better than the LA V6.
