friend had one. after we rebuilt the motor 3 times it ran fine. but in my opinion i think they are junk..but then again im used to riding leight wieght 1000+cc jet ski's

personally you could get more for the car than the jet ski. people up here are getting rid of boats and pwc's cuz of gas prices and the fact you only get a couple months out of the year to ride em

send me some pics! I may have to come to the beach this weekend, if not you should have no problem getting 2k for it. the seadoo is worth about $1500 max.

I was thinking $1500 w/trailer, kinda useless without one. plus here in FL you can use them year round, but also means alot of hours on that motor, and Salt Water problems

I've owned 3 seadoos, in 94 I bought a Seadoo SP, in 96 I bought a Seadoo XP and in 97 I traded it in on a SeaDoo GTX which I kept untill I traded it in on my motorcycle in 2001. I used the hell out of my jetskis, racked up ALLOT of hours on all of them. The first seadoo I had I used to take to the beach every weekend to jump waves, the last seadoo I had (3 seater GTX) I used to take 200 mile round trips on the St. Johns River. Some friends and I use to load the skis up with camping gear and take off down the river. All of my friends that had ski's had seadoos and none of us EVER had any problems with them, I would buy another one in a heartbeat.
Of course the main thing here is how well did the previous owner take care of it, because if they didn't keep it up properly then you could have problems...but...thats true with ANY jetski.

right...so heres the e-mail he said...They ski is in good shape the motor was rebuilt about a year
ago and I have put about 15 hours since then. The info gauge quit working so I
pulled it to have it looked at but the tach and speedo work just fine. I just
replaced the starter the trim ring and battery and did a complete jet pump
service. I don't want to get rid of it but I have a boat and need to take the
family out more.
