my remmington came with a scoped slug barrel, two vent ribbed barrels, the sling in the pic and a case for 450 from a local pawn shop.

Well, it looks like I'll be trading in my S&W .357 Magnum revolver for a brand spanking new Glock 17C 9mm semi-auto handgun. Went and looked at it today, done deal and the paperwork is in the process. Still keeping my Taurus .357 Magnum. The reasoning was "what the hell do I need two .357 Magnums for?" Plus I always wanted a 9mm. Can't believe how freak'in light the Glock is!! Plastic polymer frame so it weighs next to nothing. I'll post up a pick of it when I get it this week.

Pete

you will not regret it. the glock are really nice guns. and you wont have any problem finding accessories either!

i'm not a glock fan at all. i don't like the angle or shape of the're frame. when you draw it from a holster and present it there is just to much adjustment need before your sighted in on target. but thats just IMO i know lots of people who love them.

i like the glocks because of the simplicity. no more complicated than a revolver. the light weight is great if you carry a lot. the 19 is a little easier to conceal than the 17 though.

When I carry, I usually carry my 1911 .45 or my SW Mod 10 .38. Personally, I detest the 9mm. Oh it's OK I guess, I'm just hard headed and old fashioned. When we head to the scrub, my first picks are my M1A and my 1911, though as I get older I do appreciate the lighter weight of my AR15. My AK is also a good lighter weight option without having to give up 30 cal punch.

When I turn 21 next year I'm gonna try to get my hands on a Makarov PM and EFA-2 Holster. If any of you guys have watch Deadliest Warrior on SpikeTV and saw the Spetnaz vs Rangers episode you know what gun and holster I'm talking about.
