My leg in my knee is very sore, it seems to me that I did wrong lunges and damaged the ligaments.

Perhaps this is a usual sprain and if your knee is not swollen, it's best to take a pain reliever that you can buy without a doctor’s prescription (I usually look for a description of such pills here CanadianPharmacy.com) and be sure to wrap your knee with an elastic bandage. Itєs best to refrain from training for a couple of days. Full recovery takes about a week, if the knee pain is unbearable, itєs best to consult a doctor. Try to lie more and walk less, so as not to strain your leg.
