I have a 2005 Dodge Dakota that had the 4.7l Magnum V8. I am currently swapping the 4.7 for 5.7 Hemi.
I got the motor in the truck using the driver side motor mount which I flipped 180 degrees. On the passenger side I used the 4.7 mount as a jig and built a mount. After finishing the mount the motor dropped right in.
The point that I am at right now is wiring. I used a 2006 Dodge Durango Harness and PCM. Two of the main plugs at the fuse box have to be extended off of the Durango harness and changed to female plugs to plug in.
The part that is stumping me now is:
-Changing the Dakota from throttle by cable to throttle by wire with the 06 Durango electric pedal
-Radiator Hoses?
-AC lines?
Any information or help on these is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
