2001 dodge ram 1500 body work

i know its no dakota, but my brothers ram has been popping up with bubbles all over the place and ive been bugin him to get on it before it gets too bad, even told him i'd do it if he bought the stuff...thats what happened lol
i plan on going to school to be a body man, so this is good practise.
just thought id post up some pics of my progress and see what everyone thinks for a newbies first time
the front doors are way too far gone, need new skins or whole door so not even attempting that right now.
