just as the title says, i've finally decided what i want to do with my 3.9. does anybody know of a place that makes centrifugal supercharger kits for a 3.9? i can find them for the v8's all day but i was wondering if anybody has tried these kits for a v6 and will they work?

i've heard of turbos, but no superchargers for the 3.9

the v8 kit will work just have to shorten the tube. all bolts up the same. however you will probably want to upgrade the head gaskets or chances are you will blow them quick running too much psi

x2... the V8 kit will work fine on your V6 with only slight modification

the motor is still being built but its getting close to the time where i need to decide what i want to do with it. i got all forged internals, low compression gaskets, heads fully built and opened up the valves more, big bitch of a cam, etc. the motor will be more than ready, just wanted to know which kit would work for my truck. thanks a lot guys!

If your going to add boost later, make sure you plan for it now. Don't build a high compression stroker and then slap a SC on it later

Buddy of mine turbod a 3.7 or 3.9... Forgot what he had but it pulled a 230hp 260ish tq at the wheels...... Then is turbo blew an oil seal, took the setup off and sold the truck...lol

I've been searching for an answer for this very topic for 9 damn months! I don't ask my family or friends or coworkers because my favorite thing in the world is surprising everyone. The look on their face is priceless!

Has anyone done the Turbo 3.9? Is it a good force?
