Does anybody out there have a body drop or planning on getting one.I plan on getting one soon but can't decide on a shop.Does anybody know of a good shop in so. cal.My truck is a daily driver so I need quality work. !frustrated

I will eventually, but will be doing it myself with the help from Totally Polished. Ifcustom.com is a good shop, they have a waiting list. Devious Customs in Ontario is good. I know there are some more, but can't think of them right now.

Thanks for the info, I will check them out. It seems like all the good shops around here have a 2-3 month waiting list, thats a LONG time, plus another month that it will in there. I may just decide to put it off for now and buy some badass 20's that tuck a little better than my 18's do. :?

Try CI Customs over in La Mesa. He's over on University Ave. He might be there, he's been helping out at another shop, but give him a call. The number is 619-469-1086. He does quality work and he ain't expensive. He did some work for Sunset SD.

ouch :O yea, i did most of the work, but I have limited resources right now seeing as I can only work on it when I drive 250 miles to my parents house whenever I have a free weekend.Plus im a little busy right now what with defending our country and all. !afro

Are you stationed at 32nd st. or are you at camp pendelten? I was at 23nd st for awhile and I know how hard it is to work on your ride at the base. and yes I know built not bought, thanks for the reminder twisted.

Yea, i'll be moving out to Los Alamos, about 9 miles south of santa maria. And by the way, Lowphatdak, i'm at MCAS Miramar. 8)

well, i have a good friend stationed at penalten right now, he's been there for 2 1/2 years now, and he has all the time in the world to build things. He even got a second job because he was bored. Not to mention all the guys that leave, and sell their every day vehicles for cheap because they don't want to pay for storage or shipping. Why not pickup a beater, so you can werk on your dak on your own?

I work anywhere between 9 and 11 hours a day 5 to 6 days a week and that doesn't leave time for much. I do have a project s-10 at home just waiting to be cut up, though. Also i've been buying tools lately such as compressor, welder, orbital sander, & air tools.

im thinking about doin a stock floor bodydrop (bodydrop-less chassis), my friend are goin to do it, and while we're at it, remove the juice an switch to bags. We'll see how shit goes, cuz i aint making shit right now.
