The best way is to get DJM 3" lower control arms and use your stock springs. You have you a hanger kit or drop leaf springs for the rear. The leafs are more money, but easyer to do. If you do go with blocks only get the DJM steel ones.

dont use the djm kit they have alot of problems with breaking and you dont wanna deal with that you might be alot better off if you used another company or if really wanna neat trik skip the kit all together and get the parts seprate and do it how you want it

From what I've heard they don't even make DJM control arms anymore. When I dropped mine I cut coils and used blocks also took out a leaf (this is just about as cheap as you can go), 2/4 drop. Pretty good ride but you didn't want to haul anything. I would reccommend spindles, drop coils, blocks, and a shackle and hanger kit.
