YeeHaw...more clutch fan questions. It's been hard to get a firm feel for which way to go with this one. I have an 01 SLT with the 3.9. I'd like to get rid of the clutch fan cuz I think mines shot anyway. Sooo can I just take it off and forget about it or should I put in another electric fan (I have the factory one already)? It's around freezing here and it's just going to get colder so I'm not too woried about the next 5 months but it can get up to 100F in the summer so I might need something then.
Any input anyone can give me especially personal experience is appreciated.
BTW, do the 04's with the 3.7 have a clutch fan or just an electric?
Take off your clutch fan and run the stock electric, just watch it when summer hits. If the stock electric is not enough, then get yourself the Black Magic 150. The Black Magic will get the job done!
