Hey peeps!! I'm in the process of purchasing a holley electric fuel pump! (97 GPH "red") max of 7 psi.
P\N 12-801-1 for my 87 3.9. The thing I need to find out before I do this is, find out the specs on my carb,
and how much psi is recommended!
Here are the specs I got off the carb
Front of carb-Holley 3572387 3343520 2892622
Inside-6R 4208

If anyone is familar with this numbers, it would super fantastic!!

Cheers!

you should see something like this on it up by the choke List 1850-3-1891
get those numbers and do a google search and you should have your answer.
i ran 4.5 pounds on my 87' 3.9
usually to be safe say around 5-7 psi but never above 7 unless you absolutely have to to keep it alive (like my buddies Bigs Holley 4 bbl dp needin 22 to keep fuel in the bowls)

Yeah right I must agree with you. I think they are really awesome. Can you post your electric fuel pump once you have it. :D
i have to get my carb fix or buy a new one it keeps flooding it self and acts like it has no power and want to die if you give it over half pedal on the gas it runs fine for 5 miles and it starts doing this to me
