Sounds like you have either a bad flare or o-ring depending on the type of connection.
How to stop a power steering connection leak?
I put hydraulic tape around my fitting at the power steering unit. Still leaking bit. Any suggestions?
I replaced the rack and pinion, hoses, power steering unit and water pump. Got my truck running, be setting for a year.

I replace the O-rings, then I replace both hoses. It is still leaking.
