iPhones are dirt cheap now. I pay less a month than alot of people with family plans. I pay 130/month with unlimited text n data for two phones. And I paid 149$ for my 3gs 16gb and got my wifes phone for 49$ with 50$ instan and 50$ mail in rebate. So I actually paid 99$ for my iPhone. If you walk into a store and seem desperate they'll suck you in. If you act somewhat interested you can make them sell the item at price you're happy with.

It's like credit card companies. My wife missed two payments so I called up and said "I can pay it in full if you settle forthos ammount. They said no so I said cancel the card and send it to collections" and hung up. Five minutes later the reps supervisor called back and said fine well settle. 25$ cheaper than my offer.
